Homework for 11-13-08

Tonight's homework will be to complete home link 3.1 and to read for 30 minutes aloud to a member of the family. I have also asked the students to write down on a piece of paper the name of the person read to. It would be greatly appreciated if this reading log is signed.

I enjoyed meeting all of you at report card pick up. Thanks for all your continued support.

Your child received a book report form today. It is due on 11-14-08. Remember there is no school for students on 11-07, 11-10, 11-11, or 11-12.

Students need to study for the spelling test and put their spelling words in alphabetical order.

Homework for 11-04-08

Tonight's homework is to write a paragraph using at least 5 of the spelling words. Please have your child underline each spelling word in the paragraph. Also each child must complete home link 2.13.

Homework for 11-03-08

Tonight's homework will be to complete home link 2.12 and to use each spelling word in a sentence. Although this week's words are a review, I am asking for each student to compose new sentences for each spelling word.
