The students will be reviewing skills for the week of 11-03-08. Therefore there will be no new vocabulary words. However, we will have a spelling test on 11-06-08. The spelling words for this week will be a review of some of the words we have had already.

Students must complete homelink 2.11 and study for the reading and spelling tests.

Homework for 10-29-08

Tonight's homework is to put the spelling words in alphabetical order and complete the frames and arrows math worksheet.

Homework for 10-28-08

Last night your child brought home homelink 2.7. These flashcards can be used at home to practice memorizing math facts. Tonight's homework will require your child to choose eight of these flashcards to create fact families. For example if the numbers on the flashcard triangle are 2, 3, and 5; the fact family facts will be as follows: 2+3=5, 3+2=5, 5-2+=3, and 5-3=2.

Additionally your child will have to complete spelling sentences.

Tonight's homework will be to write each vocabulary word in a sentence and home links 2.7 AND 2.10
